Cubana has recently launched its latest tapas menu with several new dishes complementing all of the usual favourites for a perfectly balanced menu consisting of over 40 tapas varieties.
Amongst the newbies is something pretty special, the ANTIPASTO ESPAñOL - a selection of Spanish cured meats, cheeses and olives served with Spanish sourdough (masa madre) bread, grated fresh tomato dip and extra virgin olive oil
It's early days, but already proving very popular are the PINCHO DE TERNERA - Grilled rib-eye beef steak and red peppers served on a skewer, and the CERDO SOFRITO - slow roasted boneless pork shoulder steak, cooked with flame-roasted mixed peppers, pitted green olives, chopped tomatoes and onion.
To whet your appetite a little more, you can find the full menu on Cuban's website.
Other changes include further improvements to the choice of tapas set menus on offer, which are ideal for large party bookings, and all excellent value for money. Without doubt, this is the best way to sample a variety of Cubana's most popular tapas dishes, including superb veggie alternatives for vegetarians in your party.
The restaurant has also created a vegan only menu offering a varied selection including adaptations of some of our regular dishes.
And, It would be rude not to mention the wide selection of fresh fish dishes on offer including many people's favourite, seafood paella, served in a traditional paella pan at your table.
SIMPLY DELICIOSA!
