Summer of Live Music: The Northern Star Organ Trio

Date: Sunday 18th August 2024

Time: 2pm to 4.30pm

The Northern Star Organ Trio formed in 2023 as an informal meet up between three old friends. They quickly realised a strong musical connection and started to play out live in the North of England. The trio consists of Bruce Renshaw (drums), Rob Bromhead (guitar), and Bob Birch (Hammond organ). The combo play a mixture of instrument soul classics, rare groove and original tunes with a definite nod to 1960's Blue Note recordings.
